Doniece Talley

Licensed Midwife, Certified Professional Midwife

Doniece Talley is previously from Indiana and now a local of Gainesville. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health with a minor in Human Development & Family Studies from Purdue University.  Doniece is a graduate of the Florida School of Traditional Midwifery and became licensed in October 2021. Doniece always knew that she wanted to go into the Maternal & Child Health field and was excited to find her “calling” in midwifery. Doniece discovered her love for midwifery under the guidance of her preceptor, Marie, during the summer of 2014 in Sydney, Australia. Doniece truly believes in well-informed care where families know all their options so that they can make the best decisions for their families. Doniece has a passion for uplifting families and giving them the confidence they need for pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood. Doniece worked in slow and busy practices before starting her own business and has supported over 100 families across the state of FL. Doniece enjoys spending time with her husband, spending time with her church family, traveling, and spending lots of time with her two little ones whom she birthed at home with midwives.

Doniece holds certifications in the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) through the American Academy of Pediatrics and Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) through the American Heart Association.
